TRACHEA BRONCHITIS

Bronchitis of the trachea is commonly known as kennel cough and the symptoms are dry coughing throughout the night. The puppy finds it difficult to breathe as soon as he lies down on his bed. The ailment could be due to a seasonal change and the dog will be cured by itself within a few weeks, but it doesn't mean that it is always the case. And it doesn't mean that you won't treat the dog by any other means. Buy a good cough syrup by prescription from the vet, any ordinary cough syrup might exaggerate his disease. The cough has to be bronchitis eliminating, so its better to ask your vet rather than take any risk. If the coughing is severe, you might get him prescribed an antibiotic drug which will effectively curb his cough.
