Choose the right type of DogThere is no doubt that dog is the favourite pet and the best companion man has ever known. But all dogs are not the same, they have varied breeds, different characteristics and behave in contrasting ways to each other. Amongst the breeds, some are original, i.e. known since time eternal, some are mixed, i.e. experimented and cross-bred. Most modern breeds are a result of cross-breeding itself. But at present, cross-breeding is not encouraged much because of its side effects. So various breeds share many traits giving us the impression that all dogs are basically dogs
- the same. According to the basic genetic differences in dogs, they can be classified on the basis of one or more of the below listed categories.
